1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

By downloading, installing, purchasing a license for, or accessing the web services of PDF Pro Panel 3™ (developed and operated by CCI Software Toolkits), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue using our applications and websites immediately.

2. Software License Grants & Tiers

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, CCI Software Toolkits grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize PDF Pro Panel 3 in accordance with your chosen tier:

• Free Basic Tier: Unlimited local offline use with basic tools; web tools subject to fair-use quotas (3 operations/day, 10 MB file limit).
• Desktop Pro Lifetime ($29.99): Perpetual single-user license valid for installation on up to 3 personal or business Windows/macOS computers with unlimited offline processing and complimentary minor updates.
• Mobile Pro Lifetime ($14.99): Perpetual license for Android (Google Play / APK) and iOS devices on up to 2 personal devices.
• Pro Web Monthly ($9.99/mo) / Yearly ($49.99/yr): Recurring cloud subscription granting high-speed cloud conversion, 250 MB file uploads, and unlimited browser processing.
• All-Access Lifetime Bundle ($49.99): Perpetual multi-platform license covering up to 5 concurrent devices across Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Web.
• Enterprise Tier: Customized multi-seat license for teams and corporations with dedicated SLA and centralized device management.

3. User Account Security & License Key Protection

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys. You may not publish, resell, share, or redistribute your license key on public forums or file-sharing networks. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke keys exhibiting unauthorized sharing or concurrent activations beyond plan limits.

4. Customer Intellectual Property & Document Ownership

You retain 100% full, exclusive intellectual property ownership, copyright, and title to all documents, images, forms, annotations, and signatures processed through PDF Pro Panel 3. CCI Software Toolkits asserts zero proprietary claim or copyright over user content.

5. Payment Terms, Renewals & Taxes

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or Square. Subscriptions renew automatically at the specified billing interval (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing Portal or customer settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
