Executive Privacy Declaration
PDF Pro Panel 3 does not collect, store, transmit, or share your documents or personal data. All core PDF operations (merging, compression, splitting, editing, digital signatures, password encryption, and OCR text extraction) execute 100% locally in your device's memory. Your files never leave your hardware.
1. On-Device Local Processing
PDF Pro Panel 3 is engineered from the ground up to operate offline. Native applications utilize on-device processing engines (including Apache PDFBox and Google ML Kit on Android, and client-side WebCrypto / PDF-Lib on web):
- PDF Merge, Split & Organize: Files are loaded into local RAM, re-indexed, and written directly to local storage.
- PDF Editor & Signatures: Annotations and signature vectors are rendered on canvas locally and baked directly into the output file.
- Smart Compression: Downsampling and stream optimization occur entirely on your local processor.
- Password Protection: Standard ISO 32000-1 128-bit/256-bit encryption keys are derived and applied locally; passwords are never transmitted or cached externally.
- OCR Camera Scanner: ML Kit executes computer vision models on your device's neural processing unit without uploading photos.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We maintain a strict zero-data-collection posture. We do NOT collect, access, log, or transmit:
- Document Contents: Text, images, financial figures, legal clauses, medical records, or confidential contracts.
- Digital Signatures: Signature drawings, biometric pressure points, or cryptographic signature keys.
- Camera / Photos: Raw camera feeds, photos taken within the scanner, or image metadata.
- User Identity: Real names, phone numbers, contacts, device IMEI, or advertising IDs.
- Location Data: GPS coordinates, Wi-Fi SSIDs, or network IP addresses.
3. Storage Access & Permissions
PDF Pro Panel 3 conforms to modern Scoped Storage and Storage Access Framework (SAF) standards:
- Scoped Access Only: The app only reads the specific file you explicitly choose via the system document picker.
- No Broad Storage Access: We do not request unrestricted access to your device's file system or shared storage directories.
- Temporary Buffer Purging: In-memory buffers used during processing are wiped immediately upon document save.
