Key Summary: PDF Pro Panel 3 operates on a Privacy-by-Design architecture. Native apps (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS) and browser sandbox tools execute 100% on your local device. We do not inspect, retain, or monetize your documents.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, purchasing a license for, or utilizing the web applications of PDF Pro Panel 3™ (operated by CCI Software Toolkits), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue using our applications and websites immediately.

2. License Grant & Software Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CCI Software Toolkits grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize PDF Pro Panel 3 according to your purchased license tier:

Mobile Lifetime License ($14.99): Allows installation on your personal Android and iOS devices with lifetime access and updates.
Desktop Lifetime License ($24.99): Allows installation on your personal or business Windows and macOS computers.
Web Pro Cloud Access ($49.00/yr or $9.00/mo): Grants cloud-powered conversion pipelines, OCR services, and browser tools.

3. Local Processing & Data Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all PDF documents, text overlays, digital signatures, images, and form data processed through PDF Pro Panel 3.

Because core PDF operations occur entirely within your local device memory (RAM) or Scoped Storage sandbox, CCI Software Toolkits does not have access to, cannot view, and does not store your private documents.

4. One-Time Payment & Refund Policy

Lifetime licenses are purchased as a single, one-time payment with no recurring subscription fees. We back all direct software purchases with our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you encounter technical issues that cannot be resolved, contact support@pdfpropanel.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Software Updates & Support

Purchased licenses include complimentary software patches, security upgrades, and feature enhancements. Customer technical support is provided via our License Portal and email ticketing system.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CCI Software Toolkits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of document corruption, hardware failures, or lost profits. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software license.
