This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules for using PDFProPanel3. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Lawful Use Only

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload, process, or distribute any content that:

• Violates any local, national, or international law.
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

2. No Abuse or Disruption

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its servers.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service (e.g., excessive automated requests).
• Use the Service to distribute unsolicited email (spam).

3. Content Restrictions

Do not upload files containing:

• Illegal or pirated material.
• Child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance; immediate reporting to authorities).
• Hate speech or violent content.
• Personally identifiable information of others without consent.

4. Consequences of Violation

We may, at our sole discretion, remove any content, suspend or terminate your account, and report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action.
