TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PDF PRO PANEL 3, INCLUDING ALL NATIVE SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, DESKTOP INSTALLERS, MOBILE PACKAGES, AND WEB CLOUD SERVICES, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
CCI SOFTWARE TOOLKITS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
2. Document Integrity & Backup Responsibility
While PDF Pro Panel 3 is rigorously tested against industry-standard PDF specifications (ISO 32000-1 / ISO 32000-2), document structures and custom font embeddings vary widely. You are strongly advised to maintain independent backup copies of all original, mission-critical PDF documents prior to executing batch operations, compression, visual editing, or irreversible PDF flattening.
3. Limitation of Consequential Damages
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CCI SOFTWARE TOOLKITS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of business profits, revenue, or goodwill;
- Loss, corruption, or unintentional alteration of data or documents;
- System downtime, hardware failure, or business interruption;
- Costs of procuring substitute software or services.
4. Maximum Aggregate Liability
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CCI SOFTWARE TOOLKITS FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE OR THESE SERVICES SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE OR SUBSCRIPTION DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
5. Statutory Consumer Protections
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
