This User Agreement is a legal contract between you ("User") and CCI Software Toolkits ("Company", "we", "our", "us") governing your use of PDFProPanel3 and related services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload. We do not monitor, claim ownership, or use your content except as necessary to provide the Service. Your files are automatically deleted after processing.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities are detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy.
We process your data in accordance with our privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information.
See our full Warranty Disclaimer. The Company’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCI Software Toolkits from any claims resulting from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
