End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Perpetual Lifetime License Grant

Upon payment of the applicable one-time license fee, CCI Software Toolkits grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install, activate, and execute PDF Pro Panel 3 on personal or company-owned hardware devices according to your purchased license key tier.

2. Device Installations & Activation Limits

• Mobile License: Valid for activation across up to 3 personal mobile devices (Android and iOS) owned by the license holder.
• Desktop License: Valid for installation on up to 2 workstations (Windows and macOS) operated by the designated user.
• Commercial / Enterprise License: Multi-seat commercial deployments authorized by enterprise volume agreements.

Licenses can be deactivated and transferred to replacement hardware anytime via the License Portal.

3. Permitted Uses & Commercial Productivity

You may use PDF Pro Panel 3 to process personal, academic, professional, legal, and commercial PDF files, create digital signatures, perform OCR scans, compress corporate archives, and password-encrypt sensitive business records.

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or extract source code from compiled application binaries.
• Circumvent or tamper with cryptographic offline license verification keys.
• Resell, rent, lease, or publicly redistribute license keys to third parties without written authorization.

5. Termination & Enforcement

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. In the event of a material breach of license restrictions or fraudulent key sharing, CCI Software Toolkits reserves the right to revoke license validity.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CCI Software Toolkits operates, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
