Installation help & security prompts

Use the official downloads page or your platform’s app store. A security warning alone does not establish whether a file is safe. Check the download source and publisher before installing.

Windows installation

If SmartScreen or antivirus blocks a download, check that you used the official installer and review the publisher details. If the warning persists or the publisher is unexpected, stop and contact support with the app version and warning text.

macOS installation

If macOS cannot verify the developer or reports a damaged app, download the latest official release and contact support if the issue continues. Do not disable system security settings to install an unverified file.

Android installation

Google Play is the simplest installation route. If you choose a direct APK, verify the official source and review Android’s installation permissions. Contact support if a security warning is unclear.

How to Activate Your Pro License

Activate your purchased plan on its supported platforms. Check your plan details for usage and device limits.

Windows Desktop (v1.16.4) & macOS Desktop (v1.16.4)

Launch the app on your computer. Click the " Enter Key" button in the left sidebar or the topbar trial badge. Paste the complete license key exactly as supplied in your purchase confirmation and click Activate Pro. Access duration, supported platforms, device limits and offline validation depend on your purchased plan.

Android & iOS Mobile Apps

Open PDF Pro Panel 3 on your mobile device. Tap the Settings icon () on the top navigation bar, select "Activate Pro License", and paste your license key.

Web Pro Cloud Workspace

Log in to your account at app.pdfpropanel.com using your purchase email. Your cloud limits and Pro tools will automatically bind to your active license.

Need to transfer to a new computer? You can seamlessly deactivate your key inside the app settings or use the Self-Service License Portal above to manage hardware bindings.

I cannot find my purchase email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder and search your inbox for PDF Pro Panel. Use the email entered at checkout in the lookup form above. If no license is found, contact support with your order reference. Never send your password or full payment card details.

Can I use an app store purchase in this lookup?

App store purchases may use the store’s own purchase record rather than a separate license key. Check the purchasing account and the app’s available restore-purchase options. For help, provide support with the store name and order reference.

How many devices can I activate?

Your purchased plan determines the device allowance. Check the activation details returned by the lookup and your account dashboard. Visit plans and licensing options to compare current offers.

How do I transfer my license to a new computer?

Check that the new device is supported by your plan. Deactivate the old device using the app’s available license controls before activating the new one. If the old device is unavailable or you have reached the limit, contact support for help.

Does my license expire?

License duration depends on the plan you purchased. Review your purchase confirmation, license status and any expiry date shown in your account. A trial or subscription should not be treated as a lifetime license.
