Fair & Lawful Use: PDF Pro Panel 3 is designed to provide secure, privacy-first PDF utility tools. This policy outlines prohibited activities to safeguard our infrastructure and user community.

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of PDF Pro Panel 3 software, web endpoints, and cloud infrastructure. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Lawful & Authorized Use

You must possess the necessary legal rights, permissions, or copyright authorization to inspect, edit, merge, split, convert, digitally sign, or encrypt any document processed through our platform. You agree to use PDF Pro Panel 3 strictly for lawful purposes.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

You may not use PDF Pro Panel 3 to:

Malicious Code & Exploits: Upload, generate, or distribute PDFs containing malicious JavaScript, embedded trojans, macro exploits, virus droppers, or weaponized payloads.
Illegal & Harmful Content: Process, store, or transmit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), violent extremism, terrorist propaganda, fraudulent documents, or non-consensual defamatory material.
Infrastructure Attacks: Perform denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scans, high-frequency bot automation, or automated stress-testing against Web Pro servers without prior authorization.
Unauthorized Access & Cracking: Attempt to bypass license enforcement mechanisms, distribute cracked license keys, decompile native binaries, or access backend administrative APIs.
Phishing & Social Engineering: Create misleading documents designed to harvest credentials, impersonate financial institutions, or deceive individuals.

4. Cloud Resource Quotas & Fair Use

To ensure high availability and optimal performance for all users, Web Pro Cloud accounts are subject to reasonable fair-use limits on simultaneous processing threads and batch conversion queues. Automated programmatic scripts must utilize designated Enterprise API endpoints.

5. Violations & Enforcement

CCI Software Toolkits reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate user accounts, revoke license keys, and block IP ranges associated with severe or repeated violations of this policy, without refund, and to report illegal conduct to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
