Extension Purchase Terms

Individual purchases

Each extension purchase unlocks only the extra features described on its product page. It does not include a base PDF Pro Panel licence or unlock other extensions. Direct desktop extensions require an active desktop licence. Built-in tools remain covered by the existing app licence.

Payment and access

Prices and currency are shown before checkout. Direct desktop purchases are linked to your website account and paid through the provider shown at checkout. Use the same account as your desktop licence, restore purchases in the app, and install the extension. Device allowances follow your base licence.

Offline use and updates

Offline access uses the base app’s signed licence verification period and requires periodic online verification. Package signatures and purchase verification are required before installation. Compatibility requirements appear on the product page. Installation and updates may require restarting the app.

Store editions

Store extension purchases use the relevant store account, prices, payment and refund rules. Direct website purchases do not unlock Store editions. Store extensions are included in the app package and delivered through Store app updates. Purchases do not transfer between website and Store editions, or between Microsoft and Apple Stores. Direct extensions can download and update separately, subject to app compatibility. Availability and release dates may differ by edition.

Refunds and support

The existing refund policy applies to direct purchases. Refunded or reversed purchases lose access at the next verification; an already issued offline permission can remain valid until its deadline. Your documents are not deleted when access ends. Contact support@pdfpropanel.com for assistance.

Privacy

We retain account, purchased module, payment reference and status records to deliver and restore purchases. Licence checks transmit device and licence identifiers, not document contents. See our privacy policy.
