End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "Licensee") and CCI Software Toolkits ("Licensor"). Upon downloading, installing, or activating PDF Pro Panel 3, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute the software on authorized hardware in accordance with your purchased license tier.

2. Device Activation & Seat Limits

Each license grants activation on a specific number of unique hardware devices:

• Free Basic: 1 single device / browser session with daily limits.
• Mobile Lifetime: Up to 2 mobile devices (Android / iOS).
• Desktop Pro Lifetime: Up to 3 personal or business computers (Windows / macOS).
• All-Access Bundle: Up to 5 concurrent devices across all supported platforms.
• Enterprise License: 25+ seats with team centralized administration.

Device activations are tied to anonymized hardware identifiers. You may transfer licenses to new hardware at any time using the self-service Device Management Portal.

3. 14-Day Free Desktop Trial

The Windows Desktop Edition (v1.2.0) includes a built-in 14-day fully featured free trial starting upon initial application launch. No credit card is required to evaluate trial features. Upon trial expiration, the application reverts to the Free Basic tier unless activated with a valid Pro license key.

4. Restrictions & Prohibitions

Except as expressly permitted by law, you agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from PDF Pro Panel 3 binaries.
• Sublicense, lease, rent, redistribute, or resell license keys to third parties.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary copyright notices or trademarks embedded in the software.

5. Commercial Usage & Output Ownership

All documents, converted files, flattened forms, and vector outputs produced by PDF Pro Panel 3 are 100% royalty-free. You hold unrestricted commercial rights to publish, sell, distribute, and utilize all PDF documents processed through our tools.

6. Software Updates & Upgrades

Lifetime licenses include lifetime access to all minor version updates, maintenance releases, and security patches (e.g., v1.x.x series). Major generational upgrades may be offered with discounted upgrade pricing.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this agreement terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its provisions.
