End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: October 7, 2026 • Published by CCI Software Toolkits
1. Grant of License
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "Licensee") and CCI Software Toolkits ("Licensor"). Upon downloading, installing, or activating PDF Pro Panel 3, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute the software on authorized hardware in accordance with your purchased license tier.
2. Device Activation & Seat Limits
Each license grants activation on a specific number of unique hardware devices:
- Free Basic: 1 single device / browser session with daily limits.
- Mobile Lifetime: Up to 2 mobile devices (Android / iOS).
- Desktop Pro Lifetime: Up to 3 personal or business computers (Windows / macOS).
- All-Access Bundle: Up to 5 concurrent devices across all supported platforms.
- Enterprise License: 25+ seats with team centralized administration.
Device activations are tied to anonymized hardware identifiers. You may transfer licenses to new hardware at any time using the self-service Device Management Portal.
3. 14-Day Free Desktop Trial
The direct desktop edition offers a 14-day trial from first launch, then free PDF reading unless a paid licence is verified.
4. Restrictions & Prohibitions
Except as expressly permitted by law, you agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from PDF Pro Panel 3 binaries.
- Sublicense, lease, rent, redistribute, or resell license keys to third parties.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary copyright notices or trademarks embedded in the software.
5. Commercial Usage & Output Ownership
All documents, converted files, flattened forms, and vector outputs produced by PDF Pro Panel 3 are 100% royalty-free. You hold unrestricted commercial rights to publish, sell, distribute, and utilize all PDF documents processed through our tools.
6. Software Updates & Upgrades
Lifetime licenses include lifetime access to all minor version updates, maintenance releases, and security patches (e.g., v1.x.x series). Major generational upgrades may be offered with discounted upgrade pricing.
7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this agreement terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its provisions.
8. Modules & Third-Party Extensions
PDF Pro Panel 3 can be extended with modules. Some ship inside the application; you can also install others yourself. What follows applies to any module you install.
A module is a program, not a document
A module runs inside PDF Pro Panel and can reach the documents you open with it. The permissions shown beside each module in the Module Manager describe what it is designed to do, and you can withdraw any of them at any time — but they are a description and a limit on the interface we give a module, not an operating-system sandbox. Install a module only from a source you trust.
You decide, and you are asked before anything is installed
Before a module is installed, PDF Pro Panel shows you its name, version, stated author and exactly what it is asking to be allowed to do — all read from the module itself — and you confirm. Nothing is put in place until you do.
PDF Pro Panel then records a fingerprint of every file in that module and checks it again each time it starts. If anything in the module changes, it stops running and you are asked again, so an update, or anything else that alters it, cannot slip past the decision you already made.
What that approval does not mean
We do not review, test, audit, certify or endorse modules we do not publish ourselves. Approving one is your decision, not our recommendation. The fingerprint above tells you only that a module has not changed since you approved it — it says nothing about where it came from, who wrote it, or what it does.
Modules that ship with the application
Modules included in the installation package are part of the software and are covered by this agreement. They cannot be uninstalled — removing one would alter the application itself, and an update would restore it — but you can turn any of them off in the Module Manager, which removes its tools from the interface.
Third-party modules
A module we did not publish is a third-party product, licensed to you by whoever wrote it under their own terms, and supported by them. We do not author, control, review, or endorse it, and we accept no liability for it, including for any loss, corruption, or disclosure of your documents caused by one. The warranty disclaimer and liability limits on this site apply in full to third-party modules. Please raise problems with a third-party module with its publisher, not with us.
Developer mode
The Module Manager has a developer mode which runs modules in your module folder without asking you to approve them, and stops telling you when one has changed. It exists so that a developer can test a module of their own, it is off unless you deliberately turn it on, and turning it on asks you to confirm. It switches off the protection described above for every module in that folder, and you enable it entirely at your own risk. Leave it off unless you are building a module.
We can block a module
If a module is found to be harmful or deceptive, we can mark it as blocked in an update to PDF Pro Panel. A blocked module stops running even if you approved it, and even in developer mode. We may have to do this without notice to protect people. PDF Pro Panel sends us nothing in order to do it — the list is part of each release — and we never learn which modules you have installed. Please do not make a critical process depend solely on a third-party module.
Paid modules and upgrades
Some modules, including premium versions of and extensions to the modules we ship, may cost money. Where we sell one, this agreement and our refund policy apply. Where a third party sells one, the sale is between you and them: they take the payment, provide the receipt, and handle refunds and support, and we are not a party to it. A module marked Pro also needs a current PDF Pro Panel licence. A module you buy on its own is unlocked by an entitlement recorded against your licence, and may stop working if that licence or that purchase lapses or is refunded.
Data a module keeps
A module allowed to keep its own settings stores them on your computer, separately from other modules. Removing a module does not necessarily remove what it has written; its own files are moved to a modules-removed folder beside your modules rather than deleted, so a module removed by mistake can be put back.
Writing and selling modules
You are welcome to build modules. Distributing or selling one is governed by the Module Developer Agreement. Nothing in this agreement lets you describe a module as certified, approved, endorsed or signed by CCI Software Toolkits.
Direct desktop trial and offline paid access
The direct Windows and macOS editions offer a 14-day trial beginning on first launch. Download registration requires first name, last name and email, with installer or portable choice on Windows. After the trial ends, the free PDF reader remains available; protected editing, conversion, saving and other paid operations require a valid paid licence. Buy a direct desktop licence or start a trial.
Paid activation requires internet access and a signed permission bound to the device. Offline paid use lasts until the signed deadline, normally up to 30 days and never beyond a time-limited licence expiry. Connect periodically to renew permission. A lifetime licence does not expire merely because its offline permission needs renewal. Existing paid users upgrading to this protection need one online verification. Moving the clock backwards can suspend protected operations; restore automatic date and time and use Verify licence online. Changing device identity may require reactivation. Copying or altering licence records does not authorize another device.
Local document processing stays on the device. Activation, trial registration and status reporting use the operational information described in the Privacy Policy. Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store and Mac App Store editions, where available, must be purchased through their respective stores; store licensing and refund rules apply. Direct signed macOS and Windows editions use the provider shown on our website. Store editions without a published listing are not available for purchase.
These licence protections apply to newly built desktop releases containing them. Existing downloads may require an update. Mandatory statutory rights and legally permitted interoperability activities remain unaffected.
